Refund & Return Policy

At UNFOLDR, every shirt is made and checked by hand. If something isn't right, we want to fix it — quickly and fairly.

15-Day Returns

You can request a return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • In its original packaging
  • With all tags still attached

To start a return, contact us at unfoldr.india@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 8318632259 with your order ID. Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

Refund Eligibility

To keep this fair for everyone and prevent misuse:

  • On your first order with UNFOLDR, approved returns are eligible for a full monetary refund.
  • On any order after that, approved returns are eligible for a free exchange or store credit valid for 6 months — not a cash refund.

This lets us keep offering honest pricing without the returns system being taken advantage of.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately at unfoldr.india@gmail.com so we can sort it out — these cases are handled outside the normal return process and don't affect your refund eligibility above.

Quality Check & Approval

Every returned item goes through inspection before a refund, exchange, or store credit is approved. A return may be rejected if:

  • The item shows signs of wear, washing, or damage
  • Tags have been removed or tampered with
  • The item is returned in poor condition

Reverse Pickup

Once your return request is approved, we'll arrange a reverse pickup from your address. Please pack the item securely — returns damaged in transit due to poor packing may be rejected.

Refund Timeline

Once your return is inspected and approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Store credit is issued immediately on approval.

Exceptions

We're unable to accept returns for:

  • Items returned after 15 days
  • Sale items or gift cards
  • Products damaged after delivery (i.e. not a manufacturing or shipping issue)
  • Orders with repeated or unusual return patterns, which we review case by case
