Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays & public holidays)
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp
Delivery Timeline
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Non-Metro & Remote Areas: 5–8 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather, courier delays, or high order volumes.
Shipping Charges
- Prepaid Orders: Free shipping (limited-time offer)
- Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹49–₹99 convenience fee

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
To ensure smooth deliveries:
- COD orders may require OTP/WhatsApp confirmation before dispatch
- Unconfirmed orders may be automatically cancelled
- Repeated failed deliveries may lead to COD restrictions on future orders
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to reflect
Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times
- If the order is not accepted or reachable, it may be returned (RTO)
